At Blue Light Local, we are an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offering discounts and offers on local, independent businesses to the heroes working in our emergency services.

We are built around the everyday needs and wellbeing of our blue light workers, whilst giving back directly to the communities they serve. Whatsmore, we know the challenges of the job don’t end when the shift does. That’s why we partner with We Are Mental Health to offer dedicated mental health support, too.
