Blue Light Local is built on a simple idea: connect emergency service workers with the best businesses their local area has to offer.

Here’s how it works, step by step.

1. We Partner with Blue Light Organisations

We work directly with emergency service organisations, from police forces and fire services to NHS trusts and more. Once on board, your organisation becomes part of the Blue Light Local network.

As a partner, you’ll receive a dedicated private portal, tailored to your location and workforce needs. Your employees are invited to join your organisation’s portal and become Blue Light Local members – free of charge.

2. Employees Get Exclusive Access

Your employees will gain a unique login to access discounts in their local area and beyond, all from independent businesses operating across the UK.

They will be able to access discounts across retail, hospitality, leisure and more, including white collar and corporate services across legal, financial and insurance, as well as exclusive access to wellbeing support and resources through our partner, We Are Mental Health.


3. Local Suppliers Join for Free

We reach out to local independent businesses across the UK – cafés, barbers, gyms, counsellors, mechanics, and more, inviting them to list offers exclusively for Blue Light Local members.

There’s no cost to list, and no commissions or hidden fees. It’s a simple way for businesses to show appreciation, grow their customer base, and support their local heroes.
